I totally agree with you, I buy lots of things on Etsy myself, and so does my family! I just love the way you can buy personalized gifts for everyone on Etsy. And most of all: handmade :-)

Just recently, I have written a blog post on how to make miniature food, and I intend to write many more tutorials. But I also wanted to share with you lots of miniature foods (looking like real food) that you can purchase online.

Let's dive into 5 Etsy stores today, but first: some insights on real mini food!

But first: where to buy REAL Miniature Food?

The reason I wanted to throw in this question first on this blog post, was because I have actually seen it frequently on miniature food cooking blogs and on social media, which I found peculiar enough to try and answer it for you!

So this question: "where to buy Real miniature food" was a bit difficult for me to answer, because the miniature "food" that you DO see in stores online, is just cut-up real food.

At one point, there was a brand called 'Hello Tiny', but it doesn't seem to exist any longer!

The other "real" miniature food used in tiny miniature food kitchens is actual food used in tiny portions (or IS actually tiny, like a tiny fish or fine rice noodle), and you can find 1000+ recipes all over the internet, as in the video below:

One thing I like about these miniatures is how modern they feel compared to traditional dollhouse food.

Store number 4: BizzyLittleSewandSew

Only 1 picture of a miniature club sandwich, but I like this so much, it looks so crunchy real lol, that I wanted to mention it. It's on scale 1:12.
